RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• 5+ years of operating room nursing experience required
• CNOR certification preferred
• Experience as OR leader and trauma experience required
• Day shifts with schedule depending on department needs
• Serve as on-call resource for troubleshooting
• No weekends or holidays
• Possibility of temporary to permanent position
• Provide direct patient care in operating room setting
• Must have strong understanding of current AORN Guidelines and evidence-based practice
• Lead results for KPIs including turnaround times and first case on-time starts
• TJC and DOH survey experience required with regulatory preparedness focus
• Manage new project roll-outs and sustained compliance
• Experience managing in collective bargaining department
• Proficiency with UKG/Kronos/Workday staff scheduling systems
• HRO training preferred
