Opportunity:
RN - Med Surg
Job Details:
• Minimum 1.5 years of recent, relevant nursing experience required
• Patient to nurse ratio of 4:1 or less
• Nursing assistants available on some shifts
• Work in specialized hospice and palliative care environment
• Provide care for patients with serious, life-limiting illnesses
• Responsible for vascular access and phlebotomy procedures
• Handle progressive care treatments including palliative sedation, BiPap, and high-flow oxygen
• Focus on symptom management and compassionate end-of-life care
• Support patients and their families during difficult times
• Work as part of a high-functioning, collaborative healthcare team
• Required certifications: NH/Compact RN License and BLS
• Must demonstrate kind, clear communication skills
• Essential to have willingness to work effectively in team environment
• Ideal for nurses interested in helping patients live meaningfully as life draws to a close

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
