Description
Opportunity:
RN - PCU
Job Details:
• Work in ED Hold/PCU float position with patient ratios of 4-6:1 depending on patient mix
• 2 years of PCU experience required (ED experience not required)
• Must be flexible to floating as required, including to sister campuses
• Care for adult and geriatric patient population
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Dress code: Galaxy Blue & White scrubs
• Electronic Medical Record system: Epic
• Florida or Compact nursing license required with recent Nursys verification
• Degree accreditation must be on profile or must have 5 years of experience
• Radius rule of 50 miles from permanent address applies
• Travelers are first to float and may float to other sister campuses
• All RTO or schedule requests must be submitted at time of application
• Hard document deadline is Monday prior to start date with no exceptions
• Expected to function as core staff and integrate into unit culture

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
