Opportunity:
RN - Med Surg
Job Details:
• Work on high acuity medical-surgical floor specializing in surgery trauma
• Must be willing to work assigned shifts with no block scheduling available
• Patient population includes spinal neuro trauma surgical patients, gunshot wounds, quadriplegic and paraplegic patients
• Maintain 5:1 patient ratio with nursing support from technicians
• BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience in specialty required
• EPIC electronic health record system experience required
• No RTO (refused time off) policy
• Support services include phlebotomists and unit secretary coverage at night
• Participate in nurse handoff process with ED nurses and admitting unit
• Work with nursing support technicians to provide comprehensive patient care

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
