Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

X-ray Technician - X-ray Technician

Job Details:

• Work 24-hour weekend contract covering Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Must attend orientation during the first week
• Work in multiple departments including OR, ED, inpatient, and portable imaging
• Must be willing to learn pediatric and neonatal procedures
• Minimum 1 year level 1 trauma experience or 2-3 years at a large bed trauma level 2 facility required
• BLS and ARRT certification required
• Must be graduated from a JRCERT/ARRT approved program
• Operate radiologic and fluoroscopic equipment including GE, Phillips, and CareStream systems
• Evaluate images for technical quality
• Use EPIC and Sectra EMR systems
• Assigned to a specific department by day but expected to float as needed
• Work with students and perform competency check-offs
• Mask fit testing required
