Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity:

Echo Technologist - Echo Tech

Job Details:

• Work day shift schedule with 4x9 hour shifts covering weekdays and weekends
• Minimum 2 years of experience in adult echocardiography required, acute setting preferred
• Must complete at least a 2-year Echocardiography accredited program with technical and clinical training, culminating in associate degree or higher
• Required certifications: RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) from ARDMS or RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer) from CCI
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Must demonstrate competency in echocardiography and recognize abnormal cardiac structures
• Ability to correlate findings into useful diagnostic studies
• Must be able to deviate from normal techniques and develop new techniques when necessary
• Utilize ancillary devices including selected transducers
• Experience required in 2D, M-mode, spectral Doppler, color Doppler, contrast imaging, bubble study, strain, 3D, and stress echo procedures
