Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

X-ray Technician - X-ray Technician

Job Details:

• Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Must have experience in operating room and general X-ray procedures
• Work in multiple areas including OR, ED, inpatient units, and portable imaging as needed
• Must be willing to learn pediatric and neonatal imaging techniques
• Minimum 1 year level 1 trauma experience or 2-3 years at large bed trauma level 2 facility required
• BLS and ARRT certification required
• Must be graduated from JRCERT/ARRT approved program
• Operate radiologic and fluoroscopic equipment including GE, Phillips, and CareStream systems
• Evaluate images for technical quality
• Work with EMR systems including EPIC and Sectra
• Assigned to specific department daily but expected to float to other areas when needed
• Work with students and perform competency check-offs for student radiologic technologists
