Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Ultrasound Tech - Ultrasound Tech

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with no call responsibilities
• 2 years of experience required with prior travel experience preferred
• OB experience essential with proficiency required in all trimesters of OB work
• Must be proficient in general exams and vascular ultrasound
• Perform inpatient and outpatient procedures
• Some pediatric experience required
• Will not be expected to perform ultrasound guided procedures or scan breasts
• ARDMS certification required and must be on profile at time of submittal
• BLS certification required
• Work with GE ultrasound equipment
• Perform vascular, general abdomen, AAA, breast ultrasounds, some OB, biophysical profiles, thoracentesis, and paracentesis
• Professional scrubs of choice required
• Epic EMR system used
• Will accept first time travelers
• 70 mile radius rule applies
• All RTO and schedule requests must be included on submission
