Opportunity:

Interventional Radiologist - Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts with rotating start times of 7:00 AM, 7:30 AM, or 8:00 AM
• 40 hours per week with rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
• On-call responsibilities required
• Contract lengths available: 16, 20, or 26 weeks
• No floating required
• Required certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Must maintain ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification during employment
• Connecticut State license to practice radiography required
• Radiography Registry [R.T. (R)] by American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) required
• Cardiac Interventional or vascular interventional registry by ARRT required or must be registry eligible and obtain within six months
• Minimum 2 years experience performing interventional and special radiographic procedures
• Hybrid Interventional radiology experience preferred
• Extensive knowledge of physiology, anatomy, diagnostic equipment, procedures and techniques required
• Knowledge of radiation safety, infection control and patient safety policies required

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
