Description
Opportunity:
RN - ER
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 36 hours per week with variable days
• Holidays and weekends required
• Must be open to floating - flexibility is essential
• Work in one of the highest volume emergency departments in the country
• Minimum 3 years of ER RN experience required
• Last 12 months must include experience at preferably an academic medical institution or at least a Level 1 or 2 trauma facility in a major metropolitan area
• Must have recent experience at Level 1 or 2 trauma facility
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (or ENPC), and TNCC at time of submission
• Recent EPIC experience required
• Florida or compact RN license required
• No work history gaps over 30 days without explanation
• Pass basic specialty test and EKG test including mapping and interpreting
• Must identify lethal rhythms with 100% accuracy
• Passing score of 80% required on each exam
• Unit manager interviews required
• 50-mile radius rule enforced - no local candidates
• No block scheduling
• Unplanned time off may result in contract cancellation
• No RTO allowed first 2 weeks of assignment
• Maximum 10 days RTO for 13-week contract

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
