Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Provide direct clinical care to ICU patients on a per-shift basis
• Assess, plan, and implement comprehensive patient care plans
• Supervise nursing staff and delegate appropriate care responsibilities
• Work in specialized units including 8-bed CVICU, 8-bed SICU, and 16-bed MICU
• Use Cerner charting system for documentation
• Required to wear navy scrubs
• Support facility CNO in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Maintain competency standards for clinical staff
• Manage appropriate resources related to patient care
• Provide unit-level supervision and clinical oversight
