RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work in a 10-bed critical care unit providing 24-hour nursing care to medical/surgical patients
• 36-hour work week with mixed day and night shifts
• Maintain patient ratios of 2:1 or 1:1 depending on patient acuity, isolation needs, and RN experience
• Minimum 1.5 years of recent equivalent critical care experience required
• Telemetry experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
• CCRN certification preferred
• NH RN License or Compact License required with proof of state residency
• Use advanced technological systems and monitoring equipment for critically unstable patients
• Care for patients with conditions ranging from acute coronary syndrome to unstable hemodynamics
• Provide rapid recognition and treatment of life-threatening complications
• Work with electric therapeutic beds, emergency call systems, cardiac monitoring, and wall-mounted documentation stations
• Focus on total patient care with emphasis on supporting patients and their families

Each patient room features electric therapeutic beds, emergency call systems, cardiac monitoring with additional modules, and wall-mounted documentation stations, ensuring optimal care delivery for patients with complex medical needs.
