Opportunity:
RN - ICU
Job Details:
• Work with a varied schedule in intensive care unit setting
• On-call responsibilities required
• Weekend and holiday rotation required
• May need to float between Banner Baywood Medical Center ICU and Banner Heart Hospital CVICU
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care for ICU patients
• Complete patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs
• Formulate and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary team
• Provide direct patient care, coordination, delegation and supervision of healthcare team activities
• Document all nursing interventions and patient responses in medical records
• Participate in unit shared leadership and staff education activities
• Current valid RN license required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum one year acute care hospital experience required in specialty area within past 12 months
• Must maintain clinical performance competencies through annual validations
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification preferred
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and respond quickly to patient care needs

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
