Opportunity:
RN - PCU
Job Details:
• Work as part of the Resource Float Pool floating between two campuses (Level I Trauma 625 beds and Level IV Trauma 245 beds)
• Float throughout Adult Health units including Observation (2 units), Med Surg (4 units), PCU and IMC (total 11 units)
• May occasionally float to ED or PACU to take Adult Health patients with inpatient orders
• Varied work schedule
• Level I Trauma and large hospital experience required
• Current valid RN license in state of practice required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum one year acute care hospital experience required with experience in acute care setting within past 12 months
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification preferred
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care according to organizational policies
• Formulate care plans utilizing assessment data and patient/family input
• Provide direct patient care, coordination, delegation and supervision
• Document assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in patient records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
• Participate in education and orientation of facility personnel

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
