Opportunity:

RN - IR

Job Details:

• Varied work schedule with flexible hours
• Must live within 30-minute response time to facility
• Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and BLS
• Current valid RN license required in state of practice
• Minimum of one year acute care hospital experience required
• Experience must include working in acute care setting within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in specialty area
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care of patients
• Provide direct patient care, coordination, delegation and supervision of healthcare team activities
• Complete patient assessments and reassessments according to patient need and policy requirements
• Formulate and implement plans of care including discharge planning
• Document assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in patient records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
• Provide supervision and direction to licensed and non-licensed personnel
• Physical demands include ability to lift up to 75 pounds, stand, walk, bend, squat frequently
• Must maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to work area
