Description
Opportunity:
RN - ED
Job Details:
• Work in Emergency Department with potential to float to Banner Fort Collins if needed
• Every other weekend and holiday shifts per unit rotation
• Varied work schedule with opening availability
• Required certifications: PALS, ACLS, BLS, and preference for TNCC
• Must verify telemetry competency upon arrival to facility
• Minimum one year acute care hospital experience required in specialty area
• Must have worked in acute care setting within past 12 months as Registered Nurse
• Current valid RN license required (state license, temporary/interim license, or compact licensure)
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care according to organizational policies
• Provide direct patient care, coordination, delegation and supervision of healthcare team activities
• Complete patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and educational needs
• Document care plans, interventions, and patient responses in medical records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and communicate patient status effectively
• Physical demands include ability to lift up to 75 pounds, stand, walk, bend frequently
• Must maintain clinical performance competencies through annual validations

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
