Opportunity:

RN - OR Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work with consistent weekly work schedule in operating room inpatient setting
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care of patients according to organizational policies
• Conduct patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs
• Formulate comprehensive plans of care utilizing assessment data and patient/family input
• Implement care through direct patient care, coordination, delegation and supervision of healthcare team activities
• Evaluate patient and family response to care and teaching, revising plans as needed
• Document assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in patient records
• Provide evidence-based care and may participate in research activities
• Interact with physicians, patients, families and healthcare team members across multiple departments
• Supervise licensed and non-licensed personnel in quality care delivery
• Must possess current valid RN license in Wyoming or compact state licensure
• BLS certification required
• Minimum one year acute care hospital experience required
• Experience in acute care setting within past 12 months as Registered Nurse in specialty area
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification preferred
