Opportunity:
RN - PACU
Job Details:
• Work varied schedule including weekends and holidays
• Provide nursing care in Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care for patients
• Monitor patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures
• Review patient history, diagnostics, and laboratory data
• Formulate and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members
• Delegate and supervise activities of healthcare team personnel
• Document patient assessments and responses to treatment
• Provide patient and family education
• Participate in unit shared leadership and quality improvement initiatives
• Must possess current valid RN license in state of practice or compact licensure
• BLS certification required
• Minimum one year acute care hospital experience required
• Recent experience within past 12 months in specialty area preferred
• Bachelor's degree and professional certification preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and use proper body mechanics
• Requires adequate hearing, visual acuity, and fine motor skills

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
