Opportunity:

RN - OR Inpatient

Job Details:

• On-call requirement of 10 days per month
• Rotating weekends and holidays required
• Consistent weekly work schedule available
• Must possess current, valid RN license in state of practice
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of one year experience in acute care hospital setting required
• Experience must include working in acute care setting within past 12 months as RN in specialty area
• Must maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to work area
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care in accordance with organizational policies
• Provide direct patient care including assessment of physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs
• Formulate and implement plans of care utilizing assessment data and patient input
• Delegate appropriately and provide nursing supervision to other personnel
• Document assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in patient records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members
• Physical demands include ability to lift up to 75 pounds and use proper body mechanics
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and stretch frequently
• Bachelor's degree and professional certification preferred
