RN - IR

Job Details:

• Work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• 4-9 hour shifts with consistent weekly work schedule
• Rotating call and some weekend call responsibilities
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care in accordance with organizational policies
• Provide direct patient care coordination, delegation and supervision of healthcare team activities
• Complete patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and cultural needs
• Formulate and implement individualized care plans based on assessment data and patient/family input
• Evaluate patient and family response to care and teaching, revising plans as needed
• Document all nursing activities in patient records in timely, legible manner
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
• Participate in unit shared leadership and education of personnel, patients, and families
• Current valid RN license in state of practice required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum one year acute care hospital experience required
• Experience in acute care setting within past 12 months as Registered Nurse in specialty area
• Bachelor's degree and professional certification preferred
