Description
Opportunity:
RN - NICU
Job Details:
• Work varied schedule including weekends and holidays per department requirements
• Must have recent Level III or Level IV NICU experience
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care for NICU patients
• Provide care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned neonatal patients
• Complete patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs
• Formulate and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with multidisciplinary team
• Delegate appropriately and provide nursing supervision to other healthcare personnel
• Document all nursing interventions and patient responses in accordance with policy
• Participate in education, orientation, and mentoring of facility personnel
• Current RN license required in state of practice or compact state licensure
• BLS certification required
• Must maintain clinical performance competencies through annual validations
• Minimum one year acute care hospital experience required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification preferred

I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
