RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work 4 days per week with typical shift hours from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• On-call required 1-2 nights per week (approximately 9 shifts in a six-week period)
• Weekend rotation for on-call duties required
• Must have EP (Electrophysiology) experience
• Required certifications: Colorado CAPS, BLS, and ACLS
• Current valid RN license in Colorado required
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care of patients
• Provide direct patient care, coordination, delegation and supervision of healthcare team activities
• Complete patient assessments and reassessments according to patient needs and policy requirements
• Formulate and implement plans of care including discharge planning
• Document assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in patient records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for comprehensive patient care
• Maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to the work area
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and use proper body mechanics for patient care
• Requires adequate hearing, visual acuity, and fine motor skills for patient care activities
