RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work varied schedule as assigned
• Required Wyoming DFS clearance
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Current valid RN license in state of practice required
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care for medical-surgical patients
• Provide direct patient care utilizing specialized nursing knowledge and skills
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members
• Complete patient assessments and reassessments according to policy
• Formulate individualized plans of care including discharge planning
• Delegate appropriately and supervise other healthcare personnel
• Document all nursing interventions and patient responses in medical records
• Participate in patient and family education
• Maintain clinical competencies appropriate to medical-surgical nursing
• Minimum one year acute care hospital experience required
• Experience in acute care setting within past 12 months required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification preferred
