Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Opening with a varied work schedule
• Scheduled at least every other weekend dependent upon unit rotation/need and holidays
• Based at NCMC with potential regional float to BFCMC if needed
• Required certifications: Colorado CAPS, BLS, and NRP
• Must be proficient in caring for neonates from 27 weeks and older
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care of neonatal patients
• Utilize specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills for age-appropriate care
• Review patient history and complete assessments according to policy timeframes
• Formulate realistic, measurable plans of care in conjunction with patient families
• Provide direct patient care and coordinate with multidisciplinary team members
• Delegate appropriately and provide nursing supervision to other personnel
• Document assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in patient records
• Participate in unit shared leadership and education activities
• Work in typical direct patient care environment requiring physical agility
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and use proper body mechanics
• Current valid RN license in Colorado or compact licensure required
• Minimum one year experience in acute care hospital setting within past 12 months required

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
