RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - OR Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work varied schedule in operating room inpatient setting
• Must float between BDWMC & BBWMC Campuses
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care of patients
• Provide specialized nursing care appropriate to physical and developmental age of assigned patients
• Complete patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, and cultural needs
• Formulate and implement individualized plans of care including discharge planning
• Coordinate and delegate activities of healthcare team members
• Document assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in patient records
• Participate in education, orientation, and mentoring of facility personnel
• Current valid RN license in state of practice required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum one year experience in acute care hospital setting required
• Experience must include working in acute care setting within past 12 months as Registered Nurse
• Must maintain clinical performance competencies through annual validations
• Physical demands include standing, walking, bending frequently and lifting up to 75 pounds
• Must use standard precautions due to exposure to blood and bodily fluids
