RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• 13-week assignment duration
• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Provide unit-level patient care and supervision of delegated staff
• Support facility CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care
• Maintain competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Required scrub color: Navy
• Charting system: Cerner
• Work environment includes 8 CVICU beds, 8 SICU beds, and 16 MICU beds
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
• Ensure accountability for high-quality nursing standards and patient safety protocols
