Opportunity:

RN - PCU Stepdown

Job Details:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Provide supervision of staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
• Support unit level operations and ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care
• Maintain competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Work in Intermediate Care Unit / Progressive Care Unit / Stepdown environment
• Required scrub color: Navy
• Charting system: Cerner
• Work with ICU bed capacity of 8 CVICU beds, 8 SICU beds, and 16 MICU beds
• Accountable to facility CNO for nursing standards and patient care quality
