Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts with on-call requirements as needed following CBA scheduling guidelines
• Provide individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process and primary nursing principles
• Manage 2:1 patient ratio at times, occasionally 3:1 ratio in 6-bed ICU unit
• Minimum 3 years recent ICU experience required
• Must be able and willing to float to Medical Surgical unit
• Required certifications: Active Alaska RN license, BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS or ENPC
• Experience with EPIC charting system required
• Work with equipment including Meditech and Pyxis Supply Stations for medications and clean supplies
• Complete standard 3-day department orientation and medication testing within first two weeks
• Dress code requires scrubs (not provided by facility)
