Opportunity:
Interventional Radiology Tech - IR Tech
Job Details:
• Work five 8-hour shifts per 7-day work week, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• On-call requirements as needed (new service line with call schedule to be determined based on staffing)
• Some weekends may be required based on staffing needs
• Provide technical support and assistance to physicians during diagnostic and invasive cardiovascular and interventional radiology procedures
• Perform scrub and hemodynamic monitoring duties with cardiac catheterizations, vascular and interventional radiology procedures
• Assist in holding area and provide pre, during, and post procedural care and patient instruction
• Prepare and maintain all pertinent procedure-related information
• Work with EPIC charting system
• Dress code: scrubs required
• Complete service partner orientation on first day plus department-specific training
• Graduate from an approved school of radiologic technology required
• Minimum 2 years experience in diagnostic and/or interventional cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology lab
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification or exam eligible at time of hire, or CVT with 4 years cath lab experience
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Must demonstrate clinical competence in basic cardiac physiology/pathology and 12-Lead EKG interpretation
• Knowledge of physiologic monitoring, pacemaker operations, and radiographic equipment related to cardiac care required

Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night.
