Opportunity:
RN - Emergency
Job Details:
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care utilizing the nursing process in accordance with hospital standards
• Complete patient assessments and individualize care plans within established unit guidelines
• Carry out nursing care considering cultural, psychosocial factors, and patient age appropriateness
• Organize, prioritize, and perform nursing skills appropriate for emergency department patient population
• Demonstrate professional judgment in response to changing patient situations
• Document nursing process and care accurately on appropriate records
• Facilitate patient teaching and discharge planning
• Collaborate with other healthcare disciplines as appropriate
• Attend mandatory in-services and meet unit education standards
• Work with Epic electronic health record system
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS
• Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License required
• Minimum 2 years strong Emergency Room experience required
• Pediatric Emergency Room experience preferred
• 0-6 months related experience acceptable for qualified candidates
• Must demonstrate effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
