RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Provide unit level supervision and oversight of nursing staff
• Supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated
• Support facility CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care
• Ensure competency of clinical staff under supervision
• Manage appropriate resources related to patient care
• Work in operating room environment providing perioperative nursing care
• Maintain accountability for patient safety and quality outcomes
