RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg Adult

Job Details:

• Work varied shifts (schedule to be determined) in a 13-week contract assignment
• Scheduled for 36 hours per week following first full week of orientation
• Must be flexible with various shift lengths and days - no guarantee of hours or shift preference
• Nurse to patient ratio of 1:8 during day shift with 1:6 aides, 1:8 during night shift
• May float to Med Surg and Surgical Pediatrics units
• Work with equipment including Meditech EMR, Pyxis, wound vac, chest tubes, tube feeding, NG/G-Tubes, trach care, PICC/PORT
• 2-10 years of nursing experience required
• Must possess active Hawaii nursing license by assignment start date
• BLS certification required, ACLS not required unless agency mandates
• Professional nursing attire dress code required
• Department-specific orientation program provided
• Must arrive Thursday before start date for Friday employee health appointment
• Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exception required prior to start
