RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

RN - CCU/ICU

Job Details:

• Work in a 9-bed ICU with a 2:1 patient-to-nurse ratio, or 1:1 when indicated
• Handle potential Med/Surg overflow patients with up to 3-4 patients per nurse
• Work 12-hour day or night shifts
• Schedule consists of 72 hours every two weeks
• Care for adult ICU patients with occasional stable pediatric patients
• Unstable pediatric patients are transferred to higher level of care
• Minimum of three nurses on each shift
• Additional $2.00 per hour when assigned charge nurse duties
• May float to other departments to assist when needed (not taking a full patient team)
• Must have PALS certification required
• Pediatric experience required
• Reference checks will be conducted via email only
