Allied Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Nuclear Medical Technician - Nuclear Med Technician
Job Details:
• Perform general nuclear medicine examinations, therapeutic procedures, and PET/CT patient exams in a hospital-based acute care environment
• Provide on-call services as needed
• Work beyond standard 40-hour workweek including weekends and after-hours shifts when required
• On-call work may be required to respond promptly to organizational, patient, or employee needs
• Must maintain regular and sustained attendance
• Perform nuclear medicine quality control measures and patient exams as requested by medical staff
• Assist radiologists and other medical staff during exams and procedures
• Complete documentation for proper interpretation, reporting, archiving and retrieval of exams
• Verify written/electronic orders and related health information for timely performance of procedures
• Complete appropriate documentation for administration, receipt/return, decay and disposal of radioactive materials in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Graduate of CAHEA accredited program or equivalent required
• ARRT certification in nuclear medicine or NMTCB certification required
• American Heart Association BLS certification required
• One year post-graduate work experience as registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist preferred
• Must live at least 90 miles away from facility to be considered
• Facility reserves right to cancel three shifts per 13-week contract due to low census or unforeseen circumstances

Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
