RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work rotating 3x12 schedule with 32 guaranteed hours per week
• 17-week assignment duration
• One year operating room experience required
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Colorado or from a valid compact state required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Must possess computer skills necessary to complete online learning requirements within 90 days
• Must have working knowledge of English language including reading, writing, and speaking
• Must be HIPAA compliant
• Provide compassionate, individualized nursing care for patients and families
• Oversee daily patient flow to optimize patient care, safety and satisfaction
• Demonstrate ability to triage incoming patient requests for services
• Deliver patient education to facilitate plan of care and promote optimal wellness
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist in procedures as needed
• Coordinate patient care with other physician practices and healthcare providers
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Utilize Relationship-Based Care principles to advocate for patient safety and preferences
