RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Circulator OR

Job Details:

• Work varying shifts including 5:45 AM-2:15 PM, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, and 1:00 PM-9:30 PM
• Call required 1 day per week and parts of 2 weekends in a 6-week schedule
• 13-week contract assignment
• Function as a circulating nurse responsible for patient safety during pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
• Work under direction of Director of Surgical Services, OR Unit Manager, RN in Charge, and/or Nursing Supervisor
• Demonstrate appropriate assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care
• Deliver care in accordance with established standards utilizing AORN Standards, Recommended Practices and Guidelines
• Apply principles of asepsis and infection control
• Function effectively as a team member in surgical environment
• Current or temporary RN license in ND or compact RN licensure required
• BLS certification required within orientation period
• CNOR certification preferred but not required for RN Circulator
• 2 years experience in specific specialty preferred
• Level 2 trauma experience preferred
• Travel experience required
• Cerner experience required
• Must be efficient and able to make appropriate judgments
• 50 mile radius rule applies
