Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Cardiac Tele Stepdown

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Patient ratio of 1:4 in a 33-bed stepdown unit with cardiovascular specialty
• Care for patients with STEMI/NSTEMI, chest pain rule out, CHF, and noninvasive ventilation
• Manage cardiothoracic surgery patients after ICU, antiarrhythmic IV medications, and peripheral vascular compromise cases
• Float to Med/Surg or ER to take CVCU/Med Surg holds as needed
• No block scheduling - flexibility required for scheduling
• Minimum 2 years stepdown unit experience required
• Must have clean record with no disciplinary actions
• Provide specialized cardiac care in a stepdown environment
