Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Ultrasound Tech - Ultrasound Tech
Job Details:
• Work under supervision of ultrasound supervisor to assist radiologists and physicians in achieving diagnostic scans
• Provide patient care activities for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients
• Perform ultrasound exams utilizing proper established procedures at all times
• Must be registry eligible with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography
• Six months experience preferred working in performance of ultrasound
• Required to take rotation on call as scheduled and carry beeper for 24-hour availability
• Respond to calls in efficient and timely manner
• Maintain ultrasound labs by stocking equipment, linen, and required items
• Perform quality assurance and infection control programs
• Document equipment performance, service, maintenance and configuration changes
• Obtain, review and correlate pertinent patient history and clinical data
• Produce, assess, evaluate and interpret ultrasound images for medical diagnosis
• Perform clerical skills to document statistical information and record keeping
• Must be able to lift and move supplies 10-25 pounds and push/pull equipment up to 600 pounds
• Must be able to stand approximately 2 hours per day and sit for periods exceeding 3 hours
• Will not accept applicants with any disciplinary action

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
