RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work day/mid shifts in emergency room setting
• Provide direct and indirect patient care in emergency care environment
• Perform triage duties safely, rapidly, and accurately based on physical and psychosocial needs
• Communicate with ER physicians and APP providers regarding patient status changes and diagnostic results
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or treatment response
• Work with minimal supervision while demonstrating professional initiative, flexibility, and responsibility
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, APP providers, allied health staff, and healthcare professionals
• Provide direction to emergency department techs, registration staff, and allied health staff
• Receive direction from emergency department leader, providers, and chief nursing officer
• Required certifications: Active nursing license, BLS, PALS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC
• Position classified as rapid response crisis urgency
