RN - 4 Tower Progressive

Job Details:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care utilizing the nursing process in accordance with hospital standards
• Complete patient assessments and individualize plans of care within established unit guidelines
• Provide nursing care considering cultural, psychosocial factors, and ages of individual patients
• Organize, prioritize, and perform nursing skills appropriate for the patient population
• Demonstrate sound bio-psychosocial knowledge base and professional judgment
• Delegate tasks and communicate effectively with healthcare team members
• Document nursing process and care steps accurately on appropriate records
• Record data concisely, consistently, accurately, and legibly using correct medical terminology
• Facilitate patient teaching and discharge planning
• Make timely and appropriate referrals as needed
• Collaborate with other disciplines and support unit/hospital goals
• Attend mandatory in-services and meet unit education standards
• Work directly with patients and healthcare professionals
• Epic experience required
• 0-6 months of related nursing experience accepted
• Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Completion of basic professional nursing curriculum required
