RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 6 x 12-hour shifts totaling 72 hours in a two-week period
• Every 3rd weekend off
• Must have at least two years of experience in an Emergency Department
• Active Hawaii state nursing license required by start of assignment
• Cross-train and provide backup coverage in acute and long-term care areas when ER has no patients
• Administer medications and perform procedures for both LTC and acute care patients when assigned
• Work in a critical access hospital setting with no separate units
• Cover all areas of the facility as needed
• Must arrive Thursday before start date for mandatory employee health appointment on Friday
• Facility is not latex-free
