Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work in a collaborative relationship with healthcare team members
• Plan and implement patient and family education programs
• Assess patient needs and initiate appropriate interventions
• Must maintain Montana Registered Nurse licensure
• Required certifications: American Heart Association BLS, Neonatal Resuscitation Program Provider, STABLE certification
• One year of NICU, Labor & Delivery, ED, or Intensive Care nursing experience required
• Must live at least 90 miles away from facility to be considered
• Ability to work varied shifts in a busy and stressful environment
• Complete comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Implement identified care plans and promote safe healthcare environments
• Participate in two hours of initial cerebrovascular disease education within one year of hire
• Complete one hour annually of cerebrovascular disease education
• Demonstrate sound judgment, patience, and maintain professional demeanor at all times
• Exercise creativity, problem analysis, and decision-making skills
• Maintain confidentiality and work with minimal oversight
• Facility reserves the right to cancel three shifts per 13-week contract due to low census or unforeseen circumstances

Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
