Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Nuclear Medical Technician - Nuclear Med Technician

Job Details:

• Work 40 hours per week on a 4x10 schedule from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM with rotating days off
• Possibility of call coverage on weekends and holidays only
• Provide imaging and treatment services to patients of all ages in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Administer ionizing radiation, radioactive materials, and adjunctive medications for diagnostic, therapeutic, and research purposes
• Perform nuclear medicine and molecular imaging procedures, radiotheranostics, and therapies
• Acquire and analyze data for interpretation by licensed practitioners under authorized user supervision
• Administer prescribed radionuclide therapy to patients as requested and supervised by authorized users
• Work with 3 SPECT cameras, 1 SPECT/CT camera, and 2 PET/CT cameras
• Required certifications: CNMT or ARRT-N, Basic Life Support Certification (AHA)
• Must be graduate from specialty training program in radiologic technology
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
• 1+ years of related work experience preferred
