RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - PACU

Job Details:

• Work in the Operating Room handling all types of elective and emergency cases
• Case types include abdominal, thoracic, urology, ENT, plastic, orthopedics, vascular and OB/GYN procedures
• Multi-task efficiently to ensure surgical cases proceed throughout the day in a timely manner
• Utilize after-hour call services to staff Operating Rooms for nights, holidays and weekends
• Must live at least 50+ miles away from the facility address
• Alaska RN license required at time of submission
• Flu vaccine required
• Start date will be no less than 5 weeks after fingerprint cards are received for processing
• Must schedule fingerprint appointment and mail cards within 2-3 days of acceptance to avoid start date delays
• Graduate of accredited school of nursing required (BSN, Associate degree, or Diploma)
• High school diploma or GED required
• 3 years OR experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Critical Access Hospital and/or Rural Operating Room experience strongly preferred
• Rate is all inclusive with no housing or flights provided
