RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Adult

Job Details:

• Work night shifts, 3 shifts per week totaling 36 hours per week
• Schedule includes every other weekend
• No mandatory overtime, but overtime is available
• Provide acute care and swing bed patient care as a team member
• Evaluate health status through collection and assessment of health data
• Provide health teaching and health counseling to patients
• Deliver therapy and treatment that is supportive and restorative to life and well-being
• Execute delegated medical functions
• Review and monitor therapy and treatment plans
• Complete accurate and timely documentation in medical records
• Collaborate with ancillary departments and physician providers
• Address medical, social, and spiritual needs of patients in culturally and age appropriate manner
• Minimum Associate's Degree (ADN) from accredited nursing program required, BSN preferred
• One year of nursing experience required
• Current active Colorado RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS and PALS certifications preferred
