Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Diagnostic Imaging - Radiologic Technologist

Job Details:

• Position patients for chest, hand, wrist, forearm, elbow, knee, foot, or ankle x-ray procedures
• Perform imaging procedures at a level not requiring direct supervision
• Operate X-ray equipment and process images into PACS documentation system
• Provide basic patient care under clinic nurse supervision
• Obtain vital signs and place patients in exam rooms
• Collect specimens including blood draws if qualified
• Prepare patients for clinician evaluation and assist clinicians during procedures
• Maintain orderly and well-stocked work areas with necessary supplies and equipment
• May float to Main Radiology department as needed
• Required certifications: Current California Certificate of Radiologic Technology (CRT), Current CPR Certification, California Fluoroscopy Permit, Current ARRT licensure
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Previous traveler experience preferred
• Must be W-2 employee of staffing agency
