RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Deliver safe, effective and quality patient-family centered care in emergency department setting
• Communicate effectively with all members of the healthcare team to develop patient care plans
• Maintain high degree of confidentiality and support organizational mission, vision, and values
• Function independently in emergency situations
• Act rapidly and efficiently during emergency situations
• Current Maine RN license required or Authorization to Practice pending licensure by endorsement
• Graduate of accredited school of nursing required
• Current BCLS certification required
• ACLS and PALS certifications required within six months of hire date
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferred
• Excellent assessment, communication, computer, and documentation skills required
• Quick start position available
