RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work variable day shift positions with call coverage
• Provide flexibility to cover all shifts as needed
• Must live at least 90 miles away from the facility to be eligible
• Facility reserves the right to cancel three (3) shifts per 13-week contract due to low census or unforeseen circumstances
• Bachelor's degree from accredited School of Nursing, Associates degree, or Diploma required
• Montana Registered Nurse licensure required
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certification required
• Minimum 18 months of Registered Nurse experience required
• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification preferred
• 1 year circulating experience preferred
• 1 year scrub experience preferred
• Must complete two hours of initial cerebrovascular disease (stroke) education within one year of hire
• Must participate in one hour annually of cerebrovascular disease (stroke) education
• Assess patient needs and initiate appropriate interventions
• Plan and implement patient and family education
• Work collaboratively with healthcare team members
• Collect comprehensive patient health data and analyze assessment data
• Develop individualized care plans and implement identified strategies
• Promote health and maintain safe patient environment
