RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Wound Care Inpatient

Job Details:

• Function as a consultant to all staff and patients in skin prevention, wounds, ostomies and continence needs
• Minimum of 3 years full-time professional nursing experience with medical-surgical patients required
• High school education or equivalent plus completion of registered nurse degree program required
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania required
• Board certification in wound ostomy and continence nursing required
• Current BLS certification meeting American Heart Association standards for Healthcare Provider required (renewed every two years)
• Effectively function as team member and liaison between patients and staff
• Support and encourage harmonious communication skills
• Use verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills professionally
• Demonstrate high level of mental and emotional tolerance with even temperament when dealing with patients
• Apply tact, sensitivity, sound judgment and professional attitude when relating with patients, families, physicians, and co-workers
