RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Adult

Job Details:

• Work full-time night shifts with 12-hour shifts per week
• Shift hours: 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• Pay period runs Monday through Sunday
• Plan and provide total patient care using the nursing process
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs
• Direct and guide patient teaching activities
• Supervise activities of ancillary personnel
• Maintain standards of professional nursing
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
• Current Iowa RN license required
• BCLS and ACLS certifications required through American Heart Association
• Experience preferred but not required
• Must complete extensive health requirements and background checks prior to start date
• Must complete CareLearning education modules before starting
• Iowa Mandatory Reporter Certificates required for Child Abuse and Dependent Adult Abuse
